Your scorecard is general guidance based only on the ratings you give. It is not legal, financial, tax or other professional advice, and it is not a promise of any business result.

Decisions you make based on your scorecard are yours. Talk to a qualified advisor before acting on anything that carries real risk for your business.

Using the assessment

Use your real details and answer for your own business. Do not submit someone else's information, use automated tools to submit the form, or try to get around the spam and rate limits.

We may hold, reject or remove submissions that look automated or misleading.

Who owns what

Your answers and your scorecard are yours to keep, share and use in your own business.

The WAVES Growth OS, the assessment questions, the scoring method, and the written guidance belong to D3 Digital Media. Do not copy, resell or republish them without written permission.

No warranty

The assessment is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it is error free or always online.

To the extent the law allows, D3 Digital Media is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the assessment or your scorecard.
